I was honored to do a second poster for the truly unbelievable group The Whirlwind Company. These folks are some of the best performance poets you will ever find. I can not give a higher recommendation. Take a look at their performance calendar, because if they are coming to your area I swear you will not want to miss it. Here's the first poster I did for them. whirlwindcompany.com/
A poster I made for a group of fantastic poets called The Whirlwind Company Thanks to my buddy Bryan and Carson for their help.
This is a drawing of a Daniel Johnston show in Portland Oregon.
for Carson.
A drawing I did of some buildings in downtown Portland. I’m crazy about the amount of old school advertising that is still peeking thru the paint on the side of so many walls in this town.
"Hey, remember that time when that giant green bug thing with pants came and was eating the neighbors building." "What?"
An illustration I did for a project my girlfriend was doing of the coolest super hero team ever.
A pannel from an old web comic called "All in the Past..." I abandoned the story and am unlikely to revisit it, but I always like this drawing.
When I was a kid and would assist my dad with his magic shows, he would sometimes lean over to me back stage after the performance, right before we were to go back out for the curtain call and say “Allways leave them wanting more.” So, although this picture feels like it should have UFOs in it, I’m not going to put them in.
This is the cast of the play I co-wrote with my friends Ryan Hill and Chris A'Lurede titled "Stanley Can't Fly". The illustration was baised on a photo collage that the Ric Lanciotti, the director of the play had done.
In around 2002 my old band was asked to contribute a track to a Daniel Johnston tribute album. It turned out several of the bands that were asked had members that were also cartoonists so they asked us all to contribute illustrations for the album artwork. These are my versions of characters Daniel Johnston features often in his art.
Once, a company named FireFly Media hired me to do some logo designs for them. They never paid me, but i like this design okay.
A poster for a band that had one rehersal and no shows.
A t-shirt design.
